Our labor law department provides legal services to both employers and employees in all aspects of employment and labor, from hiring to termination.
My services include, among others: preparation of employment agreements (employees/service providers/contractors), labor law litigation and representation before quasi-judicial bodies, advisory on a wide range of employment relations issues including hiring, employment terms, dismissals and termination, cutbacks, expansion of operations, company policies, engagement of contractors and consultants, confidentiality and non-compete, preparation of incentive agreements, stock option agreements, severance agreements, sexual harassment policy and compliance, and investigations — all personally tailored to each client, according to the unique characteristics of their business/employer.
I respond immediately to legislative changes and legal precedents, and am also attentive to a variety of sensitive workplace issues.
